Below are the Illinois Department of Natural Resources offices broken down by region. I have further broken down each region by the counties that make them up so you can find where they are located. If you find someplace on the Fishin' Prospects page and you would like to know where the county the lake or river is located in, this will give you an approximate location of where it is. Or if you need to contact the IL D.N.R. for information on that lake or river, you can find the area regional office the county is located in and give them a call. The regions have been color coded and the Counties are numbered in the list below so all you have to do is match up the color and then look for the number next to the County name on the map. I have also put a link to mapquest so you can get directions for the area in the county you are looking for.
